It is a guide to the types and quantities of food you require in order for you: to achieve all nutrients essential for health; to manage your weight & body composition appropriately for your sport; and to maximise your exercise performance at training & promote recovery between sessions.

You agree that by participating in physical exercise, training activities or nutritional changes you do so entirely at your own risk. PB Fit Pty Ltd should not be held liable for the interpretation or use of the information It should not be followed by any other person unless under the direct recommendations & supervision of your sports performance dietitian.
